Holland is a Texarkana native and graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2012 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She began her career as a Registered Nurse, working for a general surgeon, and has been an operating room nurse for the past 12 years. She has transitioned to be a Certified Registered Nurse Injector after receiving training through Empire Medical. She invests much of her time expanding her knowledge in medical aesthetics and looks forward to sharing her love of aesthetics with you. Her goal is to provide individualized care and to empower clients to feel beautiful in their skin while maintaining their natural beauty and uniqueness.
Brandy Early RN, MSN

Brandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and went on to achieve a Masters Degree in Nursing Administration from Texas A&M Texarkana. With over 16 years of diverse nursing experience across various clinical settings, Brandy is committed to continuous growth and always challenging herself, which has brought her into the field of aesthetics. Brandy is a Certified Registered Nurse Injector through Empire Medical Training. In her aesthetic practice, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and a personalized approach. Recognizing the individuality of each client, Brandy’s focus is to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals and ensuring they love the skin they are in.
SkinRNs is a doctor-supervised medical spa under the direction of Dr. Lindsay Dragos, MD., located in Texarkana Texas. SkinRNs was founded by Holland Meador, RN, BSN, and Brandy Early, RN, MSN; two registered nurses and friends with similar views on aesthetics, family, and motherhood. Brandy and Holland have a combined 25 years of experience as Registered Nurses and a similar dream to start working in an industry they have both come to love. SkinRNs goal is to provide subtle, natural results and to help you feel like the best version of yourself. SkinRNs provides injectables, aesthetic services, weight loss, IV hydration, and high-quality retail skincare.
Dr. Lindsay Dragos
Medical Director
Dr. Dragos is a Houston native and a board-certified physician specializing in aesthetic medicine. She earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 2011. In 2017 while practicing full-time Emergency Medicine, she discovered a passion for aesthetics, seamlessly integrating her procedural expertise from the ER into helping others feel more beautiful and confident as a talented aesthetic physician.
